Laura was extremely helpful and understanding to my difficulty in picking colors. She was very involved in helping me with the different furniture companies' requirements and advising the different waiting periods. Laura even came into the store on her day off to meet me so I could make my purchases. You can't ask for more than that.

Laura was a very helpful sales person. Able to talk knowledgeably about the electric chair we were looking for. Also gave me a sample of the fabric color which I had not asked for. We were able the see the color in the lighting of our room where were intending to use it. Made our purchase very easy. They also had a very good selection of leather furniture. Will definitely go back to purchase other Leather furniture in the near future.

First of all, we have been to a number of furniture stores and John was by far the best salesman we encountered anywhere. No high pressure but he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a great personality making us welcome and not rushed at every step of our purchase. We have not yet received our furniture but are expecting receive it in a few days which is wonderful! We were very impressed with the quality of leather, quality, style and comfort of the furniture we ordered and cannot wait to start enjoying it in our home.

I got very good advice from Barbie and I'm so glad that she still had a swing table for my chair. I think it's smart of her to keep the remaining stock. At the same time, I don't understand why Stressless doesn't make the swing tables anymore. They're great. I'm going to wait for my Stressless recliner to be delivered.

We went furniture shopping over memorial day weekend, and Florida Leather Gallery was great. Although we did not end up purchasing a couch here, the service was top notch. The guy that we worked with was extremely professional, and knew exactly what he was talking about. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, but at the same time was not overly pushy, like we experienced at many other furniture stores, which was saying a lot because we had been to approximately 10 over the weekend. Although it didn’t work out for us to purchase our couch here, I would highly recommend checking them out. They had a huge selection, the store was impeccably clean, staff were prompt, but at the same time did not follow you around and gave you time to look on your own. Thank you so much Florida Leather Gallery for your professionalism. We appreciate your hard work!
